Ultimate Pet Supplies products are securely packed to minimise the risk of any damage occurring to products whilst in transit ensuring that products arrive at their destination in the same condition as when they left.
Due to our vast and varied product range, postage and handling rates are based on weight, and the parcel's destination. This ensures that you pay freight according to what you are actually ordering.
Delivery times:Delivery times specified in the freight options are the approximate transit times from our warehouse to you. Although we endeavour to process your orders as quickly and as efficiently as possible, from time to time items may be out of stock from our suppliers.
If stock is temporarily unavailable or on back order, we will contact you immediately to advise as such.
Postage OverseasUltimate Pet Supplies will also post to international destinations. All items are sent via

International buyers please note:Some countries have import restrictions placed on pet supplies (in particular medications & pet food and treats). If you are in doubt as to what products you can import into your country, it may be worthwhile to check with your local customs authority prior to placing your order.
Any taxes, levies or fees associated with your order being imported are solely your responsibility.

All pricing listed within the Ultimate Pet Supplies website is quoted in Australian Dollars and includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) at a rate of 10%. For international orders, GST will be deducted from the total amount owing. Ultimate Pet Supplies accepts the following methods of payment

Ultimate Pet Supplies uses Eway's Internet Payment Gateway, in combination with a 128 bit SSL encryption issued by GeoTrust, to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.
A client's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
If you would like to send in your order via mail, you are more than welcome to do so by printing off your order and posting it together with your payment. Please make cheques and money orders payable to Ultimate Pet Supplies. If paying by credit card, please ensure you provide your card number, expiry date, cardholder name, 3 digit card verification number & include the cardholders signature.

We do not sell, trade, disclose or give-away any information we may have on any of customers or members. - Returns & Replacements
Change of mind:
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to Ultimate Pet Supplies for an exchange of product or refund of the product purchase price. Postage and handling costs are not refundable, and additional shipping and handling costs will be incurred in sending the exchanged item.
Please contact us prior to returning your item so that we can provide you with instructions on how to do so.
Products will only be accepted for exchange or refund providing they are returned in their original unopened state and are fit for resale within 30 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt and an explanation as to why goods are being returned.
Faulty or defective products:
Faulty or defective products that have been used according to the manufacturers instructions will be eligible for an exchange or if in the case of an exchange being unavailable – a refund of the purchase price including postage and handling costs.
Products will only be accepted for exchange or refund providing they are returned to us within 90 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt and an explanation as to why goods are being returned.
Many of our products also carry an additional manufacturers warranty, details on these warranties and their conditions will be provided with the goods purchased.
